Executive Director
Mike is the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania School Bus Association and brings to the presentation a keen understanding of the education business arena having worked for the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators and Pennsylvania School Board Association. Mike has served over 15 years on school boards in two states and has worked as a consultant to school districts in both Pennsylvania and Virginia. Mike currently serves as Board President of the South Middleton School District.

Rich Kelly is the founding member of RC Kelly Law Associates with a practice focused on helping commercial operations grow and improve. He developed the firm’s Business Counsel Program and Contract Administration Program in response to the unique needs of the small and growing businesses he encountered through working with insurance agents and their commercial policyholders. Rich gained a thorough understanding of business organizations while working in legal, technical, management, and executive roles for small businesses and large corporations and as Vice President in charge of Risk Management for a major regional insurer.
