This year’s Regional Meetings will feature two topics.  The first presentation will be our always popular School Transportation Legal Update.  Rich Kelly, RC Kelly Law Associates, will review recent court decisions impacting our industry and your operations. Many of you know Rich as our association counsel and presenter at past regional meetings and the PSBA Annual Convention. Rich has worked with school bus contractors across the Commonwealth providing guidance on many issues important to their operations. Our second presenter for the evening will be PSBA Executive Director, Mike Berk who will facilitate a presentation and discussion on Facing the Challenges in Harrisburg and Building Stronger Relationships with Your School District. Mike has served over 15 years on school boards in two states and has worked as a consultant to school districts in both Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Five regional meetings have been scheduled for the following dates and locations. All meetings will begin at 5:30 pm and will include a light dinner buffet. The meetings will conclude by 9 pm. Regional meetings are FREE for PSBA members.
