0Christopher Boguslaw, M. Ed.
Chris began his career in the Employee Engagement/Development field while serving in the U.S. Army and he continues to fuel his passion for improving employee and organizational performance today. His experience spans both the public and private sectors with a focus on improving performance metrics in the transportation and housing industries. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a Masters of Education Degree in Instructional Systems Design, Chris was part of a select group working with the then recently created U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA), tasked with training staff to ensure the safety of cargo and passenger air travel as a result of the tragic events of 9/11. Chris also serves as a part-time Adjunct Faculty member at Gwynedd-Mercy University where he teaches various management related topics for the college’s Masters, Bachelors, and Associates Degree programs. He is a highly sought after presenter and facilitator where his workshops focus on employee engagement, leadership development, communication skills, team building, and customer service. Chris and his wife, Debbie, reside in Harleysville, Pennsylvania where they enjoy bicycling, traveling, and spending time with their family and friends.
 
Bob Bortner
Bob Bortner, Key Account Manager with IMI, has 21 years of experience in the commerical truck and bus industry. Bob focuses on heavy truck alignment; diagnosing and preventing tire wear and handling issues, and setting up tire maintenance programs. With IMI, Bob has also gained expertise in steel wheel refinishing.
 
Denise Donaldson
Denise Donaldson is the owner of Safe Ride News Publications, the publisher of the School Bus Safety Handbook, among other child passenger safety resources. She also runs a program that provides car seat checkup events and community classes in the Seattle area. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Washington and started her career in the banking field. However, she refocused her energy on serving the child passenger safety field over twenty years ago, a decision she’s never regretted. She has been a CPST-Instructor since 1998.
 
0Gary Gillespie, CSP, ARM, CRM
Gary Gillespie is a Loss Control Consultant in the Loss Control Services Department for Nationwide Insurance. He has over 30 years of experience in insurance loss control and safety and has provided consultative services to clients in all types of industries and businesses. Gary has obtained designations as a Certified Safety Professional, Certified Risk Manager, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Loss Control Management, Associate in Claims, and Associate in Management. He is also an authorized instructor for the OSHA 10 and 30 hour Construction Outreach Course and the National Safety Council 4 Hour Defensive Driving Course. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Gary serves Nationwide in Western Pennsylvania and lives in Delmont, PA.

Ed has worked in the energy industry for more than three decades. For the last two decades he has focused on energy efficiency, sustainability and using renewable energy. At the present time he directs three grant funded programs target at the adoption of renewable energy technology.
 
Richard Kelly, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Rich Kelly is the founding member of RC Kelly Law Associates with a practice focused on helping commercial operations grow and improve. He developed the firm’s Business Counsel Program and Contract Administration Program in response to the unique needs of the small and growing businesses he encountered through working with insurance agents and their commercial policyholders. Rich gained a thorough understanding of business organizations while working in legal, technical, management, and executive roles for small businesses and large corporations and as Vice President in charge of Risk Management for a major regional insurer.
 
Grace Bradley Kelly, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Senior Consultant
Grace is a Human Resource Risk Management Consultant with RC Kelly Law Associates. In addition to her HR expertise, Grace had worked extensively in the healthcare arena before joining the Firm. Grace was on the Board and continues to work with the Center for Humanistic Change in Bethlehem PA. The CHC is a private, not-for-profit agency providing prevention education for alcohol, tobacco and other drugs as well as life skills training for children and adults. Her combined medical, legal and human resources knowledge makes her an excellent resource for drug and alcohol fitness for duty policy, procedure and issue resolution.
 
0Joe Larkin, MEP
Joe has been with TSA since 2002 and currently serves as a Lead Transportation Security Inspector with the Transportation Security Administration, Office of Security Operations and is a current OJT Instructor. Joe conducts compliance and enforcement activity in addition to non-regulatory activity including security assessments, stakeholder training and exercise design, facilitation and evaluation. He is a certified Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) from FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute in exercise design, evaluation and facilitation. Joe is a subject matter expert in TSA’s Security Assessment program (BASE). He is an accredited Instructor through the Federal Law Enforcement Training Accreditation (FLETA) and has successfully graduated from TSA’s Mid-Level Leadership Program and TSA’s Associate Program in Homeland Security. Joe is a former recipient of the Federal Executive Board Silver Award, Outstanding Supervisor/Manager in a Technical Series. Previously, Joe was the Director of Safety for a trucking company and the Eastern Regional Manager for a business consulting company.
 
Joe Long
Director – Heavy Duty Business Development
Joe has been in the trucking industry since 1973 - first as a tech under a Brockway Truck. He decided immediately to get out from under the truck – further his education, and work in the management world. After a number of years of operating a small fleet out of JFK airport in the early 80’s, he entered the heavy duty truck parts business in 1989. He became an expert at coolants over the years and have worked with cities and towns in research of system failures. He has researched coolant system failures for NY City (all departments – Sanitation, Transit and Fire Department), The City of Pittsburgh, City of Baltimore, New Jersey Transit, along with major fleets such as Waste Management, Wal-Mart, R&L Carriers, US Xpress, COACH USA and many others. He have presented to and helped train over 30,000 technicians across America through the years. He has worked with Detroit, CAT and Cummins, International, Volvo and Mack and all the OEM’s for resolutions to many cooling system problems.
 
Patrick Mullick, BCBA, NBCT

Patrick is a National Board Certified Teacher, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team. Patrick has committed his work to lighting it up for all those who work with special needs learners through a hybrid of instruction and inspiration.  His resources and strategies have helped make the complex simple, equipping teachers, administrators, therapists, para-educators, and bus drivers alike.
 
0Drew Nagle
Drew has 30 years of experience providing technical support to Castrol national accounts, distributors and direct account customers. Covering the North Eastern US from Maryland to Maine, I specialize in used oil analysis programs, extended oil drain initiatives, fluid cleanliness programs, lubricant surveys and customer training. My background includes working with numerous engine and transmission OEM’s as well as the trucking, mining, refuse and heavy construction industries.
 
Stephanie Nericcio
Stephanie is a two-time Art School Drop Out, with several years’ experience as a Graphic Designer at a little firm outside of Hartford, CT. She designed for many major companies some of which included Lowes, Sprint, Hartford Hospital and Aztec Lighting. She is an accomplished artist with her works being published in magazines and books. She left her design job to follow her interest in Meditation and Crystals, she taught classes on the subject in New England for many years before relocating back to PA. Returning to the Bus Industry in 2007, she quickly got up to speed on the ins and outs of day to day life. In 2015 she and her husband purchased Deitch Buses, Inc. from her grandmother and continue to run it while she completed the 200-hour Yoga Certification in Pranakriya Yoga. She lives in Newville, Pa with her husband, daughter, rescue dog, 2 jerk goats and 1 sheep, where she is an avid thrift store shopper. When not cursing at the computer about bus routes or payroll, she can be found binge watching Gilmore Girls, stand-up paddle boarding or cos-playing her favorite Sci-fi character.

Kevin has been an Instructor Coordinator with IU #3 for 17 years, state certified school bus Instructor for 26 years, and has been in the School bus industry for the past 35 years.
 
0Alex Smith, Ed.S., NCSP
Alex is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist at the South Middleton School District. He attended graduate school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he received his Educational Specialist degree and Masters in Science. Alex received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. He lives in the greater Gettysburg area with his wife Sara and two children, Sydney and Jameson.
 
0Kathy Strotmeyer
Southwestern PA Regional Coordinator
Kathy Strotmeyer has been the Southwestern PA Regional Coordinator for the Traffic Injury Prevention Project of the PA Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1987. Prior to joining T.I.P.P., she was the coordinator of the Allegheny County Health Department Occupant Protection Program. Kathy graduated from Duquesne University and completed her master’s thesis on special needs transportation at Penn State University. She is also a certified EMT. She has been married for 46 years, is the mother of two grown sons and has 3 grandchildren. She has co-chaired the statewide Injury Prevention Advisory Committee for Emergency Medical Services for Children. She sits on the Allegheny County Child Death Review. Kathy also is a founding member of the Team Educators for CHild Safety (TECHS) car seat coalition in Allegheny County and a member for the Allegheny County Safe Kids coalition. Becky Weber
Managing Director
Becky manages Prime Policy Group's transportation practice, representing public and private sector clients on issues with the federal highway, transit, motor carrier, highway and vehicle safety, rail, aviation, hazardous materials, pipelines, ports, maritime and transportation security programs. She has been delivering positive results for clients on transportation issues for nearly 20 years. This combination of substantive in-depth knowledge of federal transportation programs and relationships on Capitol Hill and in the executive branch enable her to develop and execute advocacy campaigns that consistently produce successful outcomes.
 
0Dr. Jesse White
Jesse is a middle school principal at the South Middleton School District. Prior to being a middle school principal, he worked as a middle school assistant principal, elementary school assistant principal, and middle school math teacher. He attended Immaculata University and received a doctorate in educational leadership. Jesse received his Masters degree from Furman University and his Bachelors degree from Shippensburg University. He lives in Dillsburg with his wife Cristina and two children, Audra and Brady.
