Join us at the 2022 NSTA Fall Conference!
Each fall, NSTA hosts a live meeting that is typically coordinated with conferences and trade shows of related student transportation organizations. This year’s fall event will be an NSTA Fall Conference – a stand-alone event in Key Largo, FL from Tuesday, November 8 - Thursday, November 10, 2022. We look forward to an exciting list of industry updates, as well as our first ever "Don't Talk Politics at Dinner" Dinner - a Post Congressional Midterm Election Summary – scheduled for the evening of November 9th. Also, the NSTA Fall Conference will play host to several social events, where attendees can network with other yellow bus professionals in a relaxed atmosphere with beautiful scenery.

Location
Located in Key Largo, FL, Playa Largo Resort & Spa is ideally situated within 14.5 acres of secluded beachfront property. Playa Largo is near local attractions like Theatre of the Sea, Dolphins Plus Bayside and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.

Networking
There will be ample opportunities to network with fellow NSTA Members during the 2022 Fall Conference. We will start out with a Welcome Luncheon on Tuesday – beginning at 12:00 PM (ET) and then a fun social event and dinner later that evening. On Wednesday, we will host a unique dinner presentation highlighting the Congressional Midterm Elections. Start out your day by joining us for breakfast on Wednesday, and on “departure day” Thursday. The NSTA Room Block is ONLY available for attendees of the 2022 NSTA Fall Conference, and the Room Block list will be reviewed on a regular basis. Anyone who is not registered for the 2022 NSTA Fall Conference cannot access the Room Block, and in addition, anyone not registered for the full conference is subject to be removed from the Room Block at any time, with or without notice. NSTA does not assume liability for expenses or damages incurred for failure to follow this policy.
Please be advised that the NSTA Room Block begins on Tuesday, November 8, and you can use the Room Block portal to reserve your room for Tuesday (Nov. 8 and Wednesday (Nov. 9). Be further advised that an extended Room Block is available to wrap around the conference (3 days before | 3 days after) at the same rate ($359.) as during the NSTA event. Keep in mind, your attendance is not required on Monday, November 7, and our Fall Conference programming does not start until Tuesday, November 8 – with a Welcome Luncheon (12:00 PM – 2:00 PM).
