Events

1. What can I expect from the Welcome Reception and Sunday Dinner?                        
   • PSBA kicks off the convention with a welcome tailgate and a Sunday Evening Dinner. All are welcome to the tailgate, but come prepared as this event is held outside weather permitting. For a nominal fee, attendees can choose to attend the Sunday Dinner. This is a great opportunity to get acquainted with other attendees and catch up with old friends. This night is a casual event.
2. How do I participate in the “Meet the Vendor & Raffle Prize” drawing?
   • Simple! Just stick around in the exhibit hall after lunch. Every registrant is entered to win in the raffle prize drawings, and these are gifts that you don’t want to miss.
3. What is the dress code for the Monday night Cocktail hour and Banquet?
   • Casual cocktail/business attire is suggested at this event.
4. Is there an extra fee for the Monday Night Banquet?
   • No. This is included in your registration.
5. What is a “Hospitality Suite?”
   • Each year there are several Hospitality Suites open to convention attendees, courtesy of contractor and associate members who choose to sponsor. The list of room locations and sponsors are listed in your convention workbook. 

Registration

1. I want to attend Convention, but I can only make it one day. Is there a one-day fee?
   •  Unfortunately, we do not offer a one day fee at this time.
2.  Can I pay onsite?
   • No, you must register by the deadline. The deadline for to register is May 31, 2022.
3. Can I register as a group?
   • Yes, you can register as a group. You can add additional registrants to the online registration form as well as the hard copy registration form.
4. Can I cancel my registration?
   • If you must cancel your meeting registration, you may do so until May 25, 2022 for a complete refund of the meeting registration.  After May 25, you will receive a 50% refund if you cancel before June 12, 2022.  There will be no refunds after June 12, 2022.  Cancellations of hotel reservations are covered by the hotel policies. 
5. Can I still regster to attend after registration has closed?

• We will do our best to accommodate exhibitor registrations received after the deadline but cannot guarantee space or inclusion in collateral material after the deadline. A late fee of $150 will be assessed on exhibitor application received after the deadline of May 31, 2022. Thank you for your logistical understanding and your early registration!

1. Can I register if I am not a member?
   • Yes, you can still register if you are not a member. However, members get discounted registration rates.

Workshops

1. Do I need to pre-register for workshops?
   • Certain workshops do require pre-registration. If pre-registration is required, it will be noted on the registration form.
2. When will the conference schedule be available?
   • Details will be posted on our Convention website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website in mid to late June.
3. Can I receive handouts from the presentations?
   • Presentations that are available are located in the Convention Workbook. Presentations that were not turned in by the printing deadline will be posted on the PSBA Website in the Members Only section. 

Misc.

1. How do I make a hotel reservation?
   • PSBA Annual Convention attendees will make
     heir reservations on an individual basis by calling 800-452-2223 or visiting: https://www.7springs.com/lodging/. Attendees must ask for the PSBA group block or use the code: 8BQ5SU. Reservations by attendees must be received by May 26, 2022. At the cut-off date the hotel will review the reservations for the events, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations on a space available basis at the group rate.
