CONGRESSIONAL INQUIRY FORMS

Please use the following link to complete your Congressional Inquiry form for the 2019 Bus-In. We encourage you to participate in this important event to protect private school bus contractors’ interests in Washington.

The following are instructions and tips for submission:

• The 9-digit zip code is required in order to determine the associated Congressional district with each operating location. Please visit ww.usps.com/zip4 to find your 9-digit zip codes.

 

• Your contact e-mail and cell phone information will only be used to contact you while you are on Capitol Hill to communicate any last minute scheduling changes. Your company information will be held with the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any other NSTA members.

 

• If you are a large operator with multiple attendees, please consult your colleagues and submit just one form per company. Large operators may require close consultation with the Association and Prime Policy Group to maximize your day.

 

• If you register for the Bus-In and have to cancel for any reason, notify the NSTA office at 703-684-3200 or info@yellowbuses.org as soon as possible so that Congressional meetings can be cancelled.

 

• Please do not schedule your own meetings. Prime Policy Group has been designated to handle all scheduling requests.
